The Foundations of a Successful VBAC

Hosted by

Speaker, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, & Birth Educator. For over 25 years, Delia has been advising, counselling, supporting women and mothers through their fears in pregnancy and relationships.

In this episode I will be touching on what VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean section) is, its affect on a mother who is trying to birth vaginally and what she needs to do to prepare herself. I will also be addressing and dispelling many of the myths that hold her back mentally as many mothers who have had a caesarean section (mainly in an emergency situation) are often deterred from trying for a VBAC. There are ways to combat this.
As a VBAC mother preparing herself for pregnancy proper support and good information is the key. Building her self esteem and confidence is paramount. Listening to this podcast will help to provide you with the keys to overcome worry, anxiety and fear in pregnancy.
